After spending much of her career in the medical field, Stephanie Baxley ventured into entrepreneurship as a notary. Around that same time, Stephanie says she embraced community leadership as the social chair for her neighborhood HOA, orchestrating events and managing budgets. Discovering a passion for project management, Stephanie pursued CAPM certification from the Project Management Institute, which ultimately led her to her current role here at RP.

“I’m thrilled to be part of an exceptional company where I can continue learning and grow in my career over time,” Stephanie says.

When she’s not working, Stephanie enjoys spending time with friends and family, as well as being outside as much as possible. Whether it’s paddle boarding, kayaking, exploring waterfall hikes, or tending to her garden, nature is Stephanie’s rejuvenating escape.
