RP Communities Appoints Kevin Wade as Director of Sales

Wade brings more than 20 years of real estate experience to RP Communities

RP Communities recently named Kevin Wade as the company’s Director of Sales, bringing more than 20 years of experience in real estate to the RP team. In his new role, Wade will focus on initiatives including developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives, managing the RP sales team, and fostering relationships with brokers, agents, and homebuyers.

“As our company expands across North Georgia, Chattanooga, and Knoxville, it’s imperative that we approach sales proactively and strategically,” said Gabe Thomas, CEO and Managing Partner at RP Communities. “Kevin’s depth and breadth of experience in real estate will not only provide heightened clarity for our team internally, but will also streamline processes for buyers.”

A longtime resident of Colorado Springs, Wade recently relocated to Tennessee. He has worked in the real estate industry for more than two decades. In addition to having spent many years as a real estate broker, Wade’s previous experience includes a successful stint as the director of sales and marketing for one of the 50 largest home builders in America where his team doubled its sales numbers during his tenure.

“When I learned about the ways RP Communities is taking action to build high-quality homes at more accessible price points, while also solving the area’s historic housing shortage, I knew this role was a great fit for me,” Wade said. “I’m excited to work alongside the leadership team to develop real solutions that will make desirable housing options more widely available to the communities we serve.”
