Stanley Stong brings a well-rounded background in both engineering and project management to his role at RP Communities. He began his career in high school as a carpenter building custom homes, later earning a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Southern Polytechnic State University. Stanley went on to work as a structural engineer in Atlanta before returning to Chattanooga, where he gained project management experience in steel construction and large multifamily developments.

"Based on my background, joy for building homes, and my degree, RP was a great fit to utilize the skills I've developed throughout my career," Stanley says.

Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, hunting, pool days, college football, and building projects with his hands — often bringing his children along to share in those experiences and spark lifelong passions.
