SENIOR ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER

Dan Lee brings 10 years of construction industry experience to our team. He’s worked in every facet of the industry, from purchasing and permitting to project management and planning to architecture and design. Dan has been involved in hundreds of projects ranging from single-family homes and apartment complexes to mixed-use facilities and even airport and bus station terminals.

“I came to RP to continue my growth as an architect and practice my creative skills,” Dan says. “Since joining RP, I have been able to design dozens of new house plans from scratch and be involved in product development, overall home design, neighborhood planning, and amenity planning. What excites me the most about my current work is the lasting impact I get to have on local communities and the people that live in them. The thought and care I put into designing a house and a neighborhood has a direct impact on the quality of life for the families that purchase our homes, and that is exceedingly rewarding.”

Outside of work, Dan enjoys spending time with his wife, golfing, exploring new places, and dining at local restaurants.
