PRE-CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Daniel Tatum brings several years of hands-on experience to the team at RP. His previous roles include everything from trim carpenter and form carpenter to quality control manager, project engineer, and assistant project manager. Today, he serves as a preconstruction manager here at RP.

“I wanted to work in the preconstruction department, and RP offered me the opportunity to do so,” Daniel says. “I really enjoy preconstruction, and the entire RP Communities team, and am excited that we are building processes to make buying our projects more streamlined.”

Away from work, Daniel enjoys hiking, carpentry, reading, kayaking, camping, pickleball — in Daniel’s words, “all things outdoors.”
