Kensington Square is a townhome community located on East Brainerd Road, just a few blocks from the Gunbarrel intersection and close to a wide range of restaurants and amenities. This community will be comprised of 95 townhomes with rear-loaded garages, creating a "front porch" style streetscape. The main street through the neighborhood will be fully landscaped and manicured and will include a central square that will serve as a green space and park for residents. 

Kensington Square townhomes will be available in three different layouts, each of which offers three bedrooms. Residents will be able to choose between two-car garages, one-car garages, and street parking units. All units have open floor plans with large kitchens, and each unit type has a separate office space. Each unit will also have dedicated outdoor space in the form of patios and porches.

On-site amenities will include a pool and pavilion. The pavilion offers open-air seating, as well as an event space with bathrooms. There will also be a dog park on-site.
