LAND DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Parker Steger entered into the residential construction industry right out of college, beginning his career as an Assistant Project Manager. After building about 100 homes, Parker stepped into his role as Land Development Manager role here at RP.

“The opportunity to work for a local builder, like RP Homes, who truly cares about their customers, product, and employees, was one I could not pass up,” Parker says. “At RP, I have developed almost 500 lots across eight different projects. I have gotten to see projects go from untouched land to beautiful homes. I have gotten to learn in an environment where I am surrounded by people who care about doing their best and learning from their mistakes. I am blessed to be a part of this team.”

Outside of work, Parker enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, as well as hunting, fishing, cooking, and watching football.
