Justin Jones has spent his entire career in construction, gaining hands-on experience across nearly every trade — from plumbing and electrical work to managing large-scale projects. Prior to joining the team at RP, he served as a traveling superintendent for a commercial general contractor, overseeing multi-family developments.

Drawn back to his passion for residential building, Justin joined RP Communities, where he’s excited to grow and put down roots.

"Ultimately, I have always wanted to get back into residential and was looking for a good place to settle down and call home," Justin says. "So far, I have thoroughly enjoyed working for RP and am looking forward to the future!"

Outside of work, Justin and his family enjoy hiking, fishing, scenic drives, and watching college football.
