RP Communities Breaks Ground on The Village at Strawberry Hills, Phase II of Its Strawberry Hills Project

The new project expands the popular Strawberry Hills neighborhood with townhomes and additional amenities for residents. 

RP Communities recently broke ground on Phase II of the Chattanooga-based organization’s popular Strawberry Hills project. The first phase of the Knoxville-area project established the Strawberry Hills neighborhood with single-family homes, a luxury pool and clubhouse, walkable sidewalks, and a playground. This new phase, called The Village at Strawberry Hills, adds thoughtfully designed townhomes with an additional dedicated pool to the larger community.

“Strawberry Hills became one of the fastest-selling neighborhoods in Knoxville,” said Gabe Thomas, CEO and Managing Partner at RP Communities. “We are happy to begin this second phase of the project, making homeownership more accessible to more individuals and families in this growing area.”

The Village at Strawberry Hills  — accessible via Hammer Road — will bring 90 townhomes to Northwest Knoxville, the first of which will be available in the spring of 2025.
